Arts@ODU are pleased to present the Duane Squire Smith Quintet at the Gordon Art Galleries in coordination with the exhibition Samuel Kahn, Ph.D. + Friends. Join us May 12 from 6 to 8 p.m. for a night of music with some of Hampton Roads' top jazz musicians and an after-hours presentation of the one-of-a-kind exhibition. Join us Thursday, May 7 from 6 to 9 p.m. for the opening reception of 𝘞𝘒𝘺𝘱𝘰π˜ͺ𝘯𝘡 at the Gordon Art Galleries. The exhibition will feature work from the Spring 2026 graduating class of ODU's Bachelor of Fine Arts program. The reception is free and open to the public. We hope to see you there!

Happening this Thursday, April 9 from 6 to 9 p.m., don’t miss the third annual Spring Fling! Exploring themes of whimsy, wonderland, fantasy, and growth, this event brings together students, faculty, and the broader community for an evening of art and connection.

The event will feature a print-your-own tote bag station, the Perry Mobile Glass Studio, artist talks by keynote speakers Amber Pierce and Matthew Pierce, and much more. Event locations include the Hixon Student Gallery (Room 2002) and the ground floor of the Barry Art Building. If you’re a lover of all things art, make sure to stop by and bring friends for an evening of music and fun!
