The Nokomis Homecoming Association would like to extend our gratitude to everyone that came together to support our celebration this year especially. This year's planning threw us several curveballs but we are so thankful several individuals and organizations came together to host events and volunteer. While the future of our celebration and fireworks may look different going forward, please consider what you can do to help make next year better!! Thank you again for filling the park with hometown spirit and fun!

July 11, 2026 @ 6:00pm, line up begins at 4:30, judging starts at 5:00

🇺🇸 250 Years of American Pride • 1776–2026 🇺🇸

Parade participants are encouraged to incorporate the theme into their entries for a spectacular celebration of America’s Semiquincentennial!

Update: Wiffle ball has been canceled due to lack of interest!! The homecoming Association thanks Cameron’s causes for their effort in trying to put an event together for the weekend.

Be sure to go out and get you delicious, pancake cake, and sausage breakfast hosted by Newkomis!
They have carryouts available. They are serving until 11 AM today and 8 AM to 11 AM tomorrow, Sunday, July 12th.
