🚨 STAGED READING ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

We are super excited to announce our next theatrical project! We say ‘theatrical project’ because it isn’t a full play experience, yet…but you can help us with that. In a few weeks, Hyperion will hold a staged reading for our latest original script, THINGS OF AIR, in preparation for the play’s premiere in a future season. The best part? It's free - and we want to see you there!

On this *checks notes* Tax Day, we want to give a special shout-out to the directors who have helped us along the way! Our directors are pretty awesome people and none of our shows would have happened without them. So to Brad, Lauren, Liz, Nicole, Evangeline, Molly, Daniel, and even Ian (not pictured) - THANK YOU SO MUCH! 🎭

A big thank-you to the cast, crew, and audience of [title of show]! Because of you, we were able to stage our first-ever musical, and we really enjoyed the experience! We hope you did, too.

We also want to thank our friends at Always in Stitches and The Switch Theatre for being such generous hosts.

After this, we hope we're at least nine people's favorite thing. 🎭❤

"I'm calling you on a flip phone. Of course I'm serious about you coming to see the show." - Navar Watson

Navar Watson (Jeff) isn't even in character here - he's cold calling Fishers residents to tell them not to miss [title of show] this weekend. If you don't get your tickets, you'll be next!

Navar helped found Hyperion back in 2021-22, yet somehow this is his FIRST time on stage with us! You won't want to miss his debut, which reviewers are calling "[body of review]".

A very, very special thank you goes to Ginger Stoltz, who plays Mary in [title of show] and serves as our accompanist. Ginger stepped into this role less than a week before opening and has done a phenomenal job in a crucial position! Unfortunately, our programs had already been printed by the time she joined, so we wanted to give her at least a little recognition here on social media.

It's not too late to witness her talent for yourself, tonight and tomorrow night! Tickets are available at www.hyperionplayers.com/tickets.

🎭 Listen to what our audience had to say opening night!

"Oh, that's actually the title of the show."
"Where is the bathroom?"
"This is the worst rendition of WICKED I've ever seen."
"I think I left the oven on. I'll be right back."
"[unintelligible]...Navar Watson...[unintelligible]"

Just kidding, we were too busy hiding backstage to eavesdrop on our opening night audience. Guess you'll have to attend and judge for yourself!
