1) You send us a picture of what you want painted, with info about colors, character quirks, that sort of thing. Let your imagination run, if not wild, at least a little silly if need be.
2) We quote a price and a time frame.
3) You send us the miniature and pay half down. (We accept Paypal. And, well, Paypal. And things sent by carrier pigeon, faerie rade, or US mail.)
4) Our Magic Miniature Elves paint it in our inimitably brilliant style.
5) We send you a picture. You swoon with delight.
6) You pay us. (Includes shipping and handling.)
7) We send you your Art That Does Critical Hit Damage.
8) You tell your friends. Lather, rinse, repeat.
