We are so excited to welcome Missy Moffitt of Intricate Training for Dancers to ELEVATE at Studio 22!

Missy is known for her innovative approach to technical training, helping dancers understand the how and why behind their movement. Her training focuses on proper alignment, body mechanics, strength, control, and efficiency — giving dancers the tools to not only improve their technique, but to move smarter, stronger, and more safely.

Her work has reached dancers and programs at the highest level, including athletes from the Ohio State Dance Team, and we are thrilled to give our dancers the opportunity to experience her approach firsthand.
