Payment & Cancellation Policy:
Gracious Impressions by Shauna is growing quickly! In an effort to set expectations up front and ensure a quality customer experience, the following policy is effective immediately:
Pre-Payments
· As a small business, I respectfully require that all party dates are paid in full at the time of scheduling. Your timely prepayment confirms your intentions and h
olds your party date for you and your friends.
· Prepayment in full must be made by cash or via PayPal to [email protected]
NOTE: PayPal does not require you to have an account to use your credit card, debit card or e-check option. Please note the information below:
· All pre-payments are non-refundable.
· To cancel/reschedule, you must do so at least seven days prior to your party date. Your pre-payment (less $50 cancellation fee) can then be applied to a future, mutually agreed-upon, party date. The rescheduled party must be held within three months of the original party date. If the rescheduled party is not held within three months of the original party date, all pre-payment monies are thereby forfeited.
· Cancellations made less than seven days of the party date will result in full forfeiture of your pre-payment. We know that sometimes extenuating circumstances are unavoidable and happen fast! Please email me at [email protected] or message me thru this page with any questions or concerns. Application of your pre-payment monies to a future party date (within three months of the original party date) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
· If the party needs to be cancelled/rescheduled due to a conflict with Gracious Impressions by Shauna, your pre-payment will be applied to a future party date (within six months of the original party date) and a 20% cash refund (and a bottle of wine!) will be given to you on the date of the rescheduled party. This policy applies to all privately booked parties, not those I personal host at my house from time to time. My family and I are grateful for your business and your understanding of these policies. This business, while currently small, is ever-growing and is a great support to me and my family.
