How can businesses stay open , when rates are higher from 4pm-9pm and then on top of that PGE has "peak pricing days" where the rates are even higher!
If you wonder why businesses close and restaurants are usually only open for breakfast and lunch , and are closing for 2 days a week.,
thats one of the reasons why.
Due to the heat in summer, and PGEs high rates and special extra cost days we may in the future not hold any afternoon or evening events in the future.
