Newtown Arts Company is holding open auditions for Meredith Willson’s MIRACLE ON 34TH STREET, THE MUSICAL! 🎄
Based on the beloved holiday classic, this heartwarming musical brings together Santa Claus, Macy’s, a skeptical little girl, a bit of romance—and the reminder that sometimes, believing really does make all the difference. ❤️
And here’s the important part: ALL ROLES ARE OPEN!
Newtown Arts Company does not pre-cast its regular season productions, and we welcome performers of all backgrounds and levels of experience. Whether you’re a familiar face onstage or have always wondered what it might be like to audition for a musical, we’d love to see you!

🎶 WHAT TO PREPARE
Please prepare 16 bars of a mid-tempo modern Broadway song that shows your vocal flexibility and color. A song from the show is welcome, but not required. Bring sheet music—an accompanist will be provided.
Sides will be provided for a cold read, and dancers should come dressed comfortably and ready to move.
⭐ Appointments are strongly encouraged. Walk-ins will be seen as time allows.
Our cast will bring this classic story to the stage at The Newtown Theatre, December 3–6, under the direction of Mary Liz Ivins, with Music Director Lee Milhouse and Choreographer Erin Ryan.
