Leadership is always better when we’re learning from one another. 🌟

Loved having Dan Weir visit Camp NAC today! It’s always valuable to step away from our own perspective, share ideas, celebrate what’s working, and challenge each other to keep raising the bar for the families, campers and staff we serve.

Grateful for leaders who believe that the best camps, and the best experiences for kids, are built through collaboration, curiosity, and a willingness to keep learning.

Thanks for spending the day with us, Dan! Looking forward to continuing the conversation and finding new ways to make an even bigger impact.
