Barre & Play Pop-Up at Rainbow Lane with

Join us for a morning of movement, connection, and play! This special pop-up class is designed for moms who want a great workout without worrying about childcare!

Barre is a low impact yet effective workout blending ballet inspired moves with yoga and pilates to sculpt, tone and improve flexibility. No previous experience necessary, please bring your own mat!
