Narcissism versus generosity! When you have a giving Nature and you like to contribute to the happiness of others is often a target for NPD. Once you’ve been through narcissistic abuse, that generosity mindset can get lost because you’re afraid to give and be used again. But to not be generous when it is in our nature is a form of authenticity. Learning how to be generous and give love after narcissistic abuse is a form of goal setting and healing. There is power in loving and giving love. It’s also powerful to have self love and moderation and how we give.

I bought this print a little over a year ago and this morning I was pulling out all of my studio prints and trying to get organized for an event I have next month and I found this in with all of my materials.
The name of my STUDIO is Red Tail Lunar Studios because red tail hawks are and have been one of my spirit animals for a very long time. People ask me sometimes how do you figure out what your spirit animal is and you don’t they just show themselves. And these hawks have been kindred spirits of mine for many years. So from time to time when I see another artist, do a rendition I feel inspired to both support them and add to my collection of red tail artwork. This one specifically caught me off guard this morning as I once again I’m trying to determine our next steps. The lake cottage has been a place of reset and healing, but I’m not sure how much longer we will be here as new opportunities are opening up. I’ve been contemplating the question of home for many weeks now, and trying to determine what home means to me. As many of you know, part of my healing journey has been about finding my spirituality. Isis has been a strong guide for me. She has been speaking to me through the birds for years, and I just never connected that she was guiding me. This morning, finding this print at a very pivotal moment in my contemplation of new things happening. It’s just one of those beautiful signs that the universe is supporting you. Always.
