Reminder:
I’m getting a lot of calls/texts about certain days of the month(s) whether they are available or not. Again…if that day is available and you want it, I will not hold it without a deposit. We use CashApp now, and if you want me to send a ‘request’ for your deposit, that ‘request’ is not the actual deposit and I will NOT add you to that day on my calendar. Once I get the notification that your deposit has been made, I will send you an invoice and add your name to the requested day.
Sometimes customers want the same day and we try to accommodate first come, first serve. We try to remember who wanted that particular day,
(in order) so if there’s a cancellation we can contact you to see if you still want to rent it. Most of the time we don’t find out about a cancellation until the week of their event. Some customers don’t bother to let us know. All deposits are non-refundable! IF, you have to cancel your event, and you let us know, we will allow you to re-schedule your event within 30 days, or within reason, of the previous date (if the new date is available).
We DO NOT rent on Friday nights anymore!! It’s a conflict with a Saturday event because most Friday events are late at night. If you have a late Saturday event, please be cleaned up and out of the building within your 4 hour timeframe. If you tell us your party starts at 7pm, be cleaned up and out by 11pm. If you start late, that’s on you!
Extended times (+4hrs) must be approved before your event.
We try our best to accommodate all of our customers. Sometimes we may make a slip but try to keep them at a minimum. We thank each and everyone for your business.
