We had a great time Tuesday evening at Railerpalooza at Newton High School ! It was wonderful getting the chance to visit with students and parents and share information about the employment opportunities available right here at the Meridian Event Center.

Of course, we had to add a little fun to the evening! Everyone who stopped by had the chance to enter our drawing for a Meridian Event Center Swag Bag packed with all sorts of fun goodies!

Today marks exactly 15 years since the Grand Opening of the Meridian Event Center! So, it is only right that we post some of our pictures from our 15-year Anniversary Celebration held this past Saturday!

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for the Meridian Event Center’s 15th Anniversary Celebration!

For 15 years, we’ve had the privilege of being part of countless weddings, celebrations, meetings, fundraisers, and special moments. This celebration was about more than a milestone — it was about the wonderful people who have helped make the Meridian what it is today.

To our guests, clients, community partners, vendors, current and former employees, and everyone who has supported us throughout the years — thank you! We wouldn’t be here without you!

A very special thank you to Chip Westfall who served as our Emcee for the evening and helped make the celebration fun, memorable, and truly special!
From the incredible food and live music to the dancing, laughter, and champagne toast, it was a wonderful evening we won’t soon forget.

As we celebrate 15 years of making memories at the Meridian Event Center, we thought it was the perfect time to give our landscaping a little refresh!

Take a look at these before and after photos—we're so excited about the transformation created with the help of Clint Green and the Green Growers Landscaping team, and our own City of Newton Parks Department. We hope it creates a warm welcome for everyone who visits, whether you're attending a wedding, celebrating a special occasion, hosting a meeting, or joining us for our 15th Anniversary Celebration on July 18.

For the past 15 years, our goal has always been to create a place where people can gather, celebrate, and make lasting memories. We're proud to continue investing in the Meridian so it looks its best for our community—today and for many years to come.

Here are a couple of clues to help you:
