One of my all time favorites to play, such a brilliant marriage of melody, harmony and lyrics. I love soloing over the diatonic chords at the end, a little meditation for me for some relief during hard times. Drawing lots of inspiration from Bill Evans’ brilliant solo improvisation “Piece Peace.” Oh yes, and please VOTE. If you’ve already voted and have the means consider making a donation to a cause working to make sure everyone has an opportunity to exercise their right to safely vote. The latest arrangement from the Piano Shed! This is an advanced jazz reharmonization of the Beatle's "Michelle."
