We have a Saturday workout class for you; Bibles and Biceps!

B&B Group meets on Saturday mornings, doors open at 7:30am for warm-up, group workout starts at 8:00am.

Men, women and students ages 14 on up are welcome to attend.
Workouts consist of mainly bodyweight calisthenic type movements and can be "scaled" to any fitness level.

Generally, Workout time runs from 10- 30 minutes. After the workout, we talk about Jesus, scripture, life and end in prayer.

This is a discipleship group for fitness-oriented folks to help physically take care of the body God blessed them with, and to fellowship with others to grow closer to God in discussion and prayer.
