Delta Arts Festival The Delta Arts Festival is a visual and literary initiative under the Monster Nights Series.

A coordinated effort by the Newport Economic Development Commission, the Iron Mountain Regional Arts Council and the Downtown Revitalization and Improvement Volunteer Effort to create an Art Center to celebrate the visual arts of the Delta and to nuture the next generation of Delta Artists.

Enjoy the Delta Arts Festival in Newport's Downtown Entertainment District!

Festival-goers will have plenty of opportunities to enjoy refreshments while exploring the Delta Arts Festival. Downtown vendors and restaurants will be serving a variety of beverages, including draft beer, craft beer, ready-to-drink cocktails, signature lemon drops, frozen soft-serve margaritas, and more!

Three exciting Beer Gardens will be available throughout the festival:

The Angry Possum Beer Garden – Featuring ice-cold beer and their popular lemon drops.

Postmaster Spirits Beer Garden – Serving beer and refreshing frozen soft-serve margaritas.

Front Street Park Beer Garden – Featuring ready-to-drink cocktails from Crystal Ridge Distillery of Hot Springs and craft beer from Diamond Bear Brewing Company of Little Rock.

For everyone's safety and enjoyment, all guests purchasing alcoholic beverages will be required to show a valid ID and will be wrist banded. All beverages must be served in an official Downtown Entertainment District cup and remain within the designated Entertainment District boundaries.

Raise a glass, enjoy the music, explore local art, and celebrate everything that makes the Delta Arts Festival a one-of-a-kind Newport experience!
