There’s innovation in how they think, how they connect, how they define success. It’s less about fitting into something that already exists, and more about creating something that feels true.

And honestly? That takes courage.

So if you’re graduating right now—this moment, complicated as it is, belongs to you.

Not because it’s easy.
But because you’re ready for it.
