So I did a thing! I have seen so many of my friends see incredible changes in their health by supplementing with these products. I’m ready to take control of my health and give them a try too! Plus if you suffer from PCOS like I do, you may want to give this a try.

Hey everyone I am going to have to delay class until September 7th. Work is needing me to give some additional training to some new hires that have started with us. So I am going to be giving them some additional time these next few weeks so they will be confident in the roles they are in. Thank you for sticking with me and I promise we will be back to full swing of things!

Attention! We will only have class Monday 08/15 at 630pm for this coming week! I have to go have a biopsy done for my PCOS and they said I may not feel like working out very much for a day or 2 after having it done.
