The Cocke County Bluegrass Festival is looking for a small team of dedicated volunteers to help with our September 2026 event and our growing 2027 festival season, including our April and October festivals.

We’re looking for dependable, trustworthy people who love live music, community events, and want to learn what goes on behind the scenes to make a festival successful.

Volunteer opportunities may include:
• Ticket gate & admissions
• VIP area assistance
• Vendor & food truck support
• Parking & guest assistance
• Artist hospitality
• Setup & teardown
• General event operations

Volunteer Benefits:
• Free admission to the festival
• Behind-the-scenes experience
• Learn how festivals are planned and operated
• Meet artists, vendors, sponsors, and community leaders
• Be part of helping grow one of East Tennessee’s newest festival traditions

This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in event planning, live music, marketing, hospitality, or simply giving back to the community.
