While growing up in India, I took classes for Indian classical music. I moved to the U.S. in my late teen years and now, I make (what my dad would describe as) “western” music. I needed to bridge this gap.

I came up with Bella Tabla is my effort to bring east and west together. My attempt at reconciling the two sides of myself.
