Life finds a way… to give me an excuse to craft. First time working with acrylic and I’d say it was a roaring success. 🦖 🦕 🦟 🥚 🌴 Created an acrylic cover for a paper insert that can be easily replaced to match the theme of my works’ booth in the trunk or treat portion of our annual Halloween event 🎃

🔨Glued and assembled, adding a decorative metal sheet from and to glam up the edges of the wood

🔥 Arguably most fun part of the whole piece was applying a thin layer of and slowing waving a heat gun over it to burn the palm leaf designs.
