Tonight features an elegant evening with Bill Cantos & Friends, featuring music from Bill’s forthcoming album, The Music of A&M Revisited.

A gifted pianist, vocalist, songwriter, arranger, and producer, Bill Cantos brings a rare blend of jazz sophistication, pop craft, Brazilian warmth, and West Coast studio elegance to the stage. His deep musical résumé includes work with Herb Alpert & Lani Hall, Burt Bacharach, Phil Collins, Sergio Mendes, Elton John, Dori Caymmi, Gal Costa, Kirk Whalum, Deniece Williams, Leon Russell, and many more. His songs have also been recorded by artists including Ramsey Lewis, Lea Salonga, Patti Austin, Brenda Russell, Cheryl Bentyne, and Flora Purim.

Tonight’s performance celebrates the spirit of A&M Records through Bill’s personal lens — revisiting music that helped define an era of sophisticated pop, jazz, Brazilian influence, and timeless studio artistry. For this special Campus JAX performance, Bill is joined by Kris Bergh on trumpet, David Enos on bass, John Ferraro on drums, and Mari Falcone as special guest pianist.
