NEW ADULT CLASS! Tonight 7:45 Contemporary Forms
& TUE 10:30am
Adult Contemporary Forms
Find the balance between freedom and control of movement while developing contemporary technique. This class will explore release technique, fall and recovery, breath, fluidity and alignment. Each class will begin with a warm up before moving into learning choreography with an emphasis on expression and musicality.

TUE 8:00am Stretch & Strengthen, 1:30pm Adult Creative Improv

Strength and Stretch
Work your way through a dynamic warm-up, targeted strength training to increase stability, mobility and control, and a deep stretch. Strength training will aim to increase stability, mobility and control while guided stretches release tension and improve flexibility.

Adult Creative Improvisation
This class offers a supportive space to explore improvisation, drawing from somatic practices, contemporary dance, and creative play. Dancers are encouraged to explore their bodies' natural movement patterns and expand their range of motion and expression. Classes build from simple prompts and into open improv, allowing dancers to move at their own pace while expanding range, clarity, confidence and musicality.
