We are officially just TWO WEEKS away from our first competition of the 2026 season! 🥁🎺🚩

These next two weeks will undoubtedly be some of the busiest of our season outside of Band Fest week. Let’s stay focused, take care of business each day, and keep pushing to get Better Each Day!

🚌 We still need help pulling our equipment trailer for the Labor Day Parade on Monday, September 7! If you are available and able to help, please sign up. Our parent volunteers make it possible to get the Marching Panthers—and all of our equipment—where we need to go!

Big week ahead. Let’s make it a great one!

First full week of school and first away game of the season! Color Guard will also have their 2nd Saturday rehearsal of the year on 8/29 from 10:00am-1:00pm.

After a week off for the Hartford Fair, the Marching Panthers are back at it—and this is a BIG week as we officially kick off the school year!

Our Community Partner Spotlights continue with a huge THANK YOU to The Wright Touch Salon — Cassie Turner & Sandra Hewitt!

Their generous contribution to our 2026 Transportation Fund is helping the Licking Valley Band get where we need to go throughout the season. From Friday night football games and parades to competitions and other performances, transportation is a major part of providing our students with experiences beyond the walls of the band room.

As we continue recognizing the incredible businesses and families supporting the Licking Valley Band Program this season, today we're excited to say THANK YOU to First Response Mobile Blasting, LLC!

Their generous support of our 2026 Transportation Fund helps make it possible for our students to take the music beyond the walls of our band room and represent Licking Valley at performances, competitions, parades, football games, and events throughout the season.

We have a week and a half off for the Hartford Fair and are back at it the following Tuesday (8/18).
