I’m looking to hold dance and fitness classes this Summer. Sessions would be from the 2 nd week of July through the 2nd week of August. They would be located in Wolcott Ny or Huron NY depending on the time of day. “Students who aren’t in the adult fitness/stretch therapy classes will still have the chance to start learning choreography for a Nutcracker piece we’ll perform next season.

Which of these would you actually come to?
- Personal training (one-on-one)
- Dance therapy / ( physical therapy to regain movement)
- Zumba
- Step-er-Cise
- Stretch & strengthen / gentle mobility
- Bar work adult Ballet
- kids ballet and tumbling

**What times work best for you?**
- Early morning (6:30–8:30 am)
- Late morning (9–11 am)
- Afternoon (1–3 pm)
- After work / evening (4–7 pm)
- Saturday mornings

Please comment with:
1) Which class(es) you’d be most likely to attend
2) Your ideal days/times
3) If you’d want adult, teen, or kids classes.

I have my BFA in Ballet and Kinesiology. I also have over 30 years experience.

Steps of Faith Dance Studio (Wolcott, NY) and the dance students of Miss Rachael ( Wolcott,NY) present ‘From Ashes to Beauty’ — a Cinderella story of redemption and worth. “Grace (our Cinderella) discovers that even though she was mistreated and life was not fair, God still had a purpose and a plan for her. Whether in rags or riches, she was always a child of the great King, and no one on earth could define her worth.” Free Recital & Concert with special appearances from local professional singers and dancers. Saturday, May 30th • 1:00–2:00 PM at The Ohmann Theatre in Lyons, NY. Admission is free.

A Side Note: Miss Rachael says “ I'm blessed to do this. It keeps me close to Jesus too. Our Cinderella is sort of like me. Lots of bad things happen in this life but it does not change who we are or how much we are loved. 🥰 “
