From the first proposal to build a world-class performing arts center in the heart of Downtown Newark, NJPAC has been the focus of great hope, inspiration, and excitement! The Women's Association of NJPAC was formed to build support for this cultural treasure and engage women throughout the state to share the vision, artistry, and diversity that have made our world-class performing arts center nationally acclaimed.

The performance line up features John Pizzarelli quartet with guests Tony Award winner Lillias White and Sassy Award Winner The Voice Of April May , as well as a special performance by GRAMMY Award Winner Bill Charlap . Followed by the show is the After-Party, including dessert, an open bar, and plenty of dancing!

won the Sarah Vaughan Jazz Vocal Competition in 2024 and has performed here with Gregory Porter, taken stages at jazz festivals across the state, and performed at Sounds of the City too. Her voice brings a calming presence to our stage. This clip of her original song "Cottonwood Tree" from 2025 is a little glimpse into her beautiful sound.
