Proud and grateful to have been selected for the 2026 individual artist grant fellowship in the painting category. This is my section in the physical catalogue. Painting has always been my source of freedom and to recieve support for that is beyond my wildest expectations. Thank you Mid Atlantic Arts ! I plan a lot of paintings for this fall.

Mace part of a series i plan make to accompany painting. Last image is of all the drafts. Final piece was done at Brooklyn glass. Our first time renting at a different studio than our home base. Kiss is based off The Supremes song “he hit me and it felt like a kiss.” I’m very interested in exploring object materials that are heavy, fragile and violent. Accompanying Paintings will be of figures that own such weapons.
