We know that the locations being ripped from the planes and dropped in this new one are carrying their inhabitants with them. We also know that we have eyewitness accounts of a literal valley of broken temples. We’ve seen fires break out among them, and the horns of beastmen echo from the walls. If any of those sacred sites hold survivors, they could surely use our help.

They have identified its location in a cave complex high on a mountain in an elemental demi-plane, found stories of a fierce guardian protecting the entrance to that cave and discovered a poem that is said to be the key to reaching the mask:

Planar thefts keep happening. We've confirmed sites stolen from the Material, the Feywild, the Plane of Water, Mechanus, and we are even hearing rumors about rips from the Lower Planes. We know they're going somewhere in the Astral, we just don't know why and where. We're taking sign-ups for expeditions going farther and farther along the trail. Who knows what any of them will find?
