Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, Birthday Parties, Graduation Parties and More... For now we are limiting our events to 50 or less guests.

Here is our pricing and what we have to offer!

The rental fee is $350 plus a $50 refundable cleaning fee. We require the full $400 to be paid upfront to hold all dates.

You get up to 6 hours of time for the $350

We take Venmo and Cash with no fees.

And we take credit and Pay Pal but there’s a 3% fee on both of those to cover the processing fees.

Rental includes 6 round tables with 8 chairs each. (Additional outdoor seating is available for an additional $35 during nice weather) The round tables are 5ft.

We do not supply table covers but you can pick those up at the dollar store.

You also get 3 rectangle tables for food, drinks and gifts.

The barn has a full kitchen. You are welcome to use the fridge to keep all your food cold. And the oven and microwave to keep food hot. We do NOT allow people to do their actual cooking at the barn.

We are one of the few venues that will allow you to bring your own food. We do not do any catering.

We do NOT allow ANY Alcohol without a paid insurance policy. You can obtain these online or through your insurance company. They typically run between $75-$100.

We do NOT allow any pets at all on the property.

Barn is heated and air conditioned. And there is a restroom.

Dish towels

Dish rags

Hand soap

Dish soap

Trash bags

Brooms and mops for clean up.

The Barn is located just behind The Village Salon and Day Spa. You will need to let your guests know that they will need to come in through the salon driveway and continue around to the back where they will see the barn.

Parking is in the grass field beside the barn.

We will be re-opening The Little Red Barn for event rentals starting March 14th. We opened up booking for the 2026 season on Jan. 2nd and dates are going fast! If you are planning a birthday party, baby shower, bridal shower, family reunion, graduation party, or any other event that you need a space that will hold around 50 people. Please let us know! Graduation weekend is already filling up. I have the following dates available for graduation parties as of right now. We cannot guarantee dates until they are paid for.

This Sunday!! Come shop small and support local 🎄❤️9-2
Concrete & Cloth will be there and have a table with some great purses!! MK, Coach, Kate Spade and others! And a rack or 2 of our cozy sweaters and some LV and Ohio State shirts and sweatshirts!! All at great thrift pricing!!
And will be handing out $5 discount cards for the store that can be used at both locations, Hanover and Newark!
