It's that time of the year again! Look at your schedule and get signed up to work our annual Oktoberfest! We need people to work the week before starting with Bacon Saturday, September 12th!
The whole week BEFORE the Oktoberfest we need help with set up; kitchen prep work; setting the Hall up for cakes, indoor food line and seating for workers, just to name a few.
Friday, Saturday and Sunday, September 18-20 it is ALL HANDS ON DECK! We need EVERYONE to pitch in and help out! See the Chair List below to sign up.

The week AFTER the Fest is a HUGE part also. Kitchen help is needed to clean and pack up! The whole clubhouse needs to be cleaned and returned to its normal state and the same for the Grounds.

Sign ups begin tomorrow at the General Meeting! Come early to sign up!

DelDOT will be holding a public workshop on Thursday June 25th from 4-7 PM that we are hosting at the DSB. This is an opportunity for local residents and our club members to see proposed pedestrian changes to Salem Church Road that will impact the club. There will be representatives from DelDOT and the engineering firm at the event to answer any questions. You will also have an opportunity to fill out a questionnaire to give feedback before the design is finalized. You can stop by anytime during the 3 hours that the event is being held.

Salem Church Road Pedestrian Improvements Public Workshop

The workshop will present the draft concept plans for the project, including proposed pedestrian improvements being considered.

Attendees will be able to view presentation boards, learn about the draft recommendations, speak with the project team, ask questions, and provide feedback.

For those unable to attend in person, the presentation materials and a feedback form will be available during the week of the workshop through the links provided.
