The Drama League welcomes three exciting arts professionals to its team today! Patrick Anthony Surillo returns to The Drama League as its next Associate Director of Artist Programs, while Molly Feldman becomes our first Assistant to the Artistic Director. Maralyn Quinones-Stead, the organization's Artistic Coordinator, began her position last month.

Patrick Anthony Surillo (he/him+) is a Nuyorican producer, production manager, and arts leader born and raised in Brooklyn. At The Drama League, he leverages a robust background in line production, stage management, and logistics to steward residencies, fellowships, and more. Through his company Surillo Productions and previous leadership roles at The New School and LaGuardia Performing Arts Center, Patrick has rooted his career in a deep commitment to artist care and mentorship. Patrick holds a Master’s in Arts Management and Entrepreneurship from The New School College of the Performing Arts; he previously served as The Drama League's Artistic Coordinator from 2019-2022.

Maralyn Quinones-Stead (she/her) is a director and arts leader whose practice advances collaborative, inclusive frameworks that strengthen the relationship between artists and audiences. Her work focuses on supporting emerging and underrepresented voices, while prioritizing rigor, innovation, and sustained creative inquiry. She is committed to cultivating environments in which artistic experimentation enables work that is responsive, relevant, and resonant. As a director, her work includes Ignacio and Maria (U.S. Premiere), in which she engages questions of identity, intimacy, and narrative reimagination.

Molly Feldman (she/her) has focused her career on the intersection of creative vision and operational logistics, supporting complex organizational management. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Management and Design from Ithaca College. Beyond her professional work, Molly has directed fundraising campaigns for mental health advocacy and volunteers with local athletic and performing arts organizations, driven by a deep commitment to accessibility.

Patrick and Molly join our creative team led by Artistic Director Gabriel Stelian-Shanks, who celebrates 25 years at The Drama League later this month, and Lake Sims-Winfrey, Artistic Associate, Artist Services, entering her fourth year at the organization. More info and biographies can be found at www.dramaleague.org.

Welcome Patrick, Maralyn and Molly!
