Faith pleases God.

Faith is not a noun. It is a verb. It is an action.
Last night at our worship class our anchor scripture was Hebrews 12, and we talked about something that convicted me. Before Christ, we had faith and boldness to do sinful and carnal things. But when we come to God, it is like we lose faith. We shrink back. We second guess. We wait for perfect conditions.
But that is not our inheritance.
Look at the forefathers. Abel. Enoch. Noah. Abraham. Sarah. Every single one of them acted in faith in the face of the unknown. They did not wait until they could see it. They moved.
It is time to get out of the flesh and into the spirit. We are called to be a people who obey God and act in faith.
Hebrews 11:1 β faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
Stop waiting to feel ready. Move. π€
