We offer adults dance classes in many styles, including ballet, modern, contemporary, hip hop and street jazz, house, tap, body conditioning, salsa, and African-based, in all levels from absolute beginner to advanced. Our facility features spacious, sprung, and column-free studios and the KnJ Theater, available for rentals, showcases, and performances. The School at Peridance offers children dance

classes in a nurturing, professional environment. The Center is also home to the acclaimed Peridance Contemporary Dance Company and its affiliated Peridance Youth Ensemble.

Kathy Sullivan (Kathryn Sullivan) has performed with the Boston Ballet, Les Grands Ballet Canadiens, Connecticut Ballet, and Les Ballet de Nancy in repertory — from classical ballet to contemporary dance. She uses a approach when teaching the principles of , making them applicable and accessible to all styles. Her Open Ballet class will use choreographic elements that challenge dancers, and allow them to explore personal expression. Always a lively, inspiring, motivating atmosphere!

After graduating from the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts, JM. Rodriguez has been working commercially, and in companies around the country. Some of his commercial credits include: Katy Perry, Arcade Fire, The Maria’s, Disney’s Shake It Up, Disney Plus’ Mysterious Benedict Society, Netflix’s Dear White People, Forever 21, CA Lottery, PlayStation, Microsoft and Xbox, and many more. He’s danced in companies such as Mike Tyus & CO., Los Angeles Contemporary Dance Company, Owen Cox Dance Group, and Vitacca . More recently, JM has been teaching globally at universities, festivals, and renown dance schools.

Lili Tewes is a based in New York and works as a performer, model, teacher, , adjudicator, and rehearsal director nationally and internationally. Her career has taken her from Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall to the pages of Vogue. Originally from Hamburg, Germany, she graduated from the Martha Graham School under the artistic direction of Janet Eilber, has performed works by Martha Graham, Merce Cunningham, José Limón, Pascal Rioult, Jacqulyn Buglisi, and Adam Barruch, and collaborated on projects with Alastair Macaulay (former New York Times Chief Dance Critic), New York Theatre Ballet, Lydia Johnson Dance, and Buglisi Dance Theatre. Her work as a choreographer was featured at Tanztheater Wuppertal create, presented at the Martha Graham Studio Theater, and she was awarded a residency at K3 Center for Choreography at Kampnagel. As the rehearsal director for vildwerk. she worked with Christopher Wheeldon and Joshua Beamish, among others. Lili is on faculty at Peridance, New York Theatre Ballet School, and Ballet Arts and teaches workshops and masterclasses across the globe.

Emily Greenwell () is an educator, choreographer, , and certified yoga instructor based in New York City. Born and raised near Detroit, Michigan, Emily has been creatively inclined her whole life. Emily loves to teach and greatly values , and considers herself a student of life. She has been fortunate to travel the world to share her talents; journeying across the US as well as Europe, South America, and Asia, setting , teaching workshops, and giving master classes. Emily is currently faculty at Broadway Dance Center, Peridance Center, and Intrigue Dance Convention to name a few.

As the founder and artistic director of non-profit arts collective, CLOUDE.NYC, Emily is an advocate for the arts community. Based in New York, her collective creates work through several mediums including dance, video, stage, and photo. They host monthly community-centered events, annual workshops, and collaborate on project-based performances.

Emily’s dance credits include Phish live at Madison Square Garden, Marian Hill, “Want You” Music Video, “Aida” at the Muny Theater, and Todrick Hall’s “Oz The Musical.” To name a few. Choreography credits include DanceOn’s Every Single Step produced by Brian Friedman and Nigel Lythgoe, the Capezio ACE Awards, Arte Creative, Wise Fruit, The Giving Tree, and more.
