Harvestworks is pleased to announce the 2026 Technology Immersion Program (TIP) for artists who have a passion for learning the tools of digital media but may not yet have the research, training, or equipment necessary to produce work in this medium. This week, we are launching the program with a series of masterclasses, workshops, demonstrations, and lectures.

In this hands-on demonstration, participants will learn about the Demon Box, a device created by the Eternal Research group, and explore how it can be used to detect electromagnetic signals and transform them into sound. The session will cover how to control DMX lighting, MIDI, and CV for integrating sound and visuals, as well as how to connect the instrument to software environments such as Max/MSP, TouchDesigner, and Ableton, opening up a wide range of possibilities for performance and experimentation.
