charli xcx was working with experimental electronic music way before vroom vroom 🏎️ in the early 2010s, producer sinjin hawke and contemporaries like lunice were blending hip-hop and trap with UK bass and wonky IDM synths 💡 your favorite artists were probably obsessed with it 🔊 their influence was massive and it can be found all over major rap records and the early hyperpop scene of the time 🌀
