This Monday, 8/31/26 - Markus Billner makes his US debut at Monday Night Magic, sharing the table with Israeli mentalist Daniel Harel (TED Talk, two TV specials, and a knack for knowing what you're thinking before you do).

Markus Billner is a 1st-place winner in Close-Up at the French Championships of Magic and has received the Robert-Houdin Prize for Best International Artist. He's a member of 4F, the invitation-only circle of the world's top close-up magicians. This is a rare chance to see him work in New York.

Daniel Harel is an Israeli-born, now NY-based mentalist who reads the room, reads you, and draws conclusions from details you didn't know you gave away.

His performances are unsettling (in the best way) and hard to shake once the evening ends.

Tomorrow, July 6th, Monday Night Magic is back at Monte's Trattoria, the century-old Italian restaurant tucked into the heart of Greenwich Village. Two performers will take to the tables and stage this week, and both of them earned their chops the hard way: on the road, on cruise ships, in front of crowds who wanted the real thing and got it.

🎩 Patrick Livingstone
Vaudeville runs in his blood. Trained by The Second City and by the legendary Eugene Burger, Patrick doesn't do tricks. He builds theatrical moments, original ones, sharp enough to fool Penn & Teller on national TV. What he brings with him comes from a lineage most performers can only study from the outside.

Monday Night Magic returns to the private dining room of Monte's Trattoria, a 100-year-old Greenwich Village landmark.

Just 44 guests. Five tables. Two performers you'd buy a plane ticket to see on a big stage, doing their best work three feet away.

Dave Cox has a Drama Desk nomination, an Emmy, and a New York Times review that called him "a comedy chameleon." He's also fooled Lucy Liu. His magic is warm, wild, and genuinely funny. Up close, it's something else entirely.

Matt "The Mind Noodler" Donnelly is the head writer of Penn & Teller: Fool Us, a Las Vegas Strip residency performer, and a nationally touring comedian-magician who earns big laughs and leaves minds thoroughly noodled. The Las Vegas Review-Journal named him Best Up and Coming Comedy Magician. His audiences would agree.

Together, they bring the kind of magic you'd normally see from a theater seat. Here, there are no theater seats. Just five tables, two extraordinary performers, and unlimited impossibilities.
