Bryan Reeder and Matt Musselman, graduates of Manhattan School of Music and Juilliard respectively, began writing together for their traditional jazz ensemble Grandpa Musselman & His Syncopators. From Reeder's work as a pianist and composer in the jazz, classical and contemporary music worlds and Musselman's work as a trombonist and composer in traditional jazz and popular styles, they bring together a unique and far reaching set of musical skills and knowledge.
