Minnow is a highly intelligent and gifted creature. She lives day and night at Smalls Jazz Club and has full run of the place. She is not afraid of anyone and is, in fact, a ham when it comes to the camera. She delights in having tourists dote on her and take her photo. She understands her role in the universe and her very unique status. Minnow is very patient and allows nearly anyone to touch her downy, soft coat. However, she does not suffer fools gladly and if a person disrespects her she will show her displeasure. Above all things, Minnow is a musician. She loves jazz music as long as it is in her stylistic preference range - which is generally be-bop style and Great American Songbook-type repertoire. She loves a good swinging blues. She gets fatigued by too much electronica and, although has a taste for modernity, dislikes non-melodic improvisation for the most part. When she really likes the music she will go in the stage or even jump on the piano (to the delight of the crowds) and listen intently to the music. Minnow is a highly evolved spirit - a true enlightened animal, every way a Buddha.
