I still can’t believe that I made it as a finalist in the Etsy design awards. I entered my Santa Hat Match Striker as a holiday piece. It is such a fun piece to make, I have fun coming up with new match striker designs for each holiday and this one turned out better than I could have imagined. Hi friends! You may have noticed my absence from social media the past few months. Well, We have some exciting news to share. Baby girl #2 is on the way💕🎉 As some of you may know that the first trimester and a 2 year old can be extremely exhausting 😅 So I have been conserving my energy and taking care of the baby growing inside me and the baby that loves to snuggle with me on the couch. But now that I’m finally in the second trimester, I’m hoping to be feeling better and in the studio working on some personal holiday pieces and just playing around with new molds. The support for our wheel thrown match strikers has been overwhelming these past few years. We have constantly been working on restocks and inventory but never able to keep up with the demand. With your support we have been able to have our match striker design manufactured. We are so excited for this next step and to have time to focus on new ideas and new products. I have big plans this year for Shamblin Shop. With those plans I felt it is the right time for some rebranding. Our original logo was well loved for 7 years and I will forever treasure the meaning and memories this symbol of my business represented. I hope this new logo will fit our business in the years to come and give me just as much joy as a symbol of Shamblin Shop and the business we are forever grateful to do every day.
