Coming to that strange realization; perhaps a personal opinion that youth is overrated. I find it somewhat comical and entertaining to know that we glorify youth but forget how cringe-worthy youthfulness can be. Whether it is about not reaching full brain development or not having enough life experiences to make sounder decisions or lacking enough self-awareness to not be so damn annoying in social settings- I've had such a tumultuous relationship with youth, despite how it may appear otherwise from the outside

Don't get me started on finances, physical, mental and spiritual health, and those damn hormones 😩

The irony of that is that as the days go by, youthfulness is slipping away and most of us try our damnedest to hold on to it although to some extent our youthfulness has betrayed us. I don't mean to be so negative about it. It's a topic I'm still coming to terms with from a healthier* perspective.

Here's to the young, wild, and free. I hope that I can find that happy balance between keeping my kid-like lust for life while maturing in ways to lead to a less chaotic disposition. Hoping the same for you as well.
