Yesterday, we had the pleasure of witnessing a truly memorable concert by the Estonian National Opera Boys’ Choir and Youth Men’s Choir at All Saints Church on Lexington Avenue in New York City. 🇪🇪🇺🇸

The performance was top-tier and, at times, simply gave us goosebumps. The beautiful repertoire celebrated Estonian music and featured works by composers including Veljo Tormis, Arvo Pärt, and even Raimond Valgre, just to name a few. It was a wonderful showcase of Estonia’s rich musical tradition, performed with remarkable talent, discipline, and heart.

After the concert, our foundation had the pleasure of treating the boys to a little taste of an American national sweet treasure — Dunkin’ Donuts! 🍩🙂

We are proud to share Hajala Kaja — a two-episode youth media show created by the members of the New York Estonian Youth Club as part of the 2026 New York Estonian Cultural Days.

Through this inspiring project, our youth stepped into the roles of hosts, reporters, and creators, capturing the energy of the Cultural Days through events, concerts, interviews, and behind-the-scenes moments.

For us as organizers, Hajala Kaja is a meaningful example of what the Cultural Days are all about: bringing generations together, supporting young voices, and keeping Estonian culture alive in fresh and creative ways.

It has been almost a month since the New York Estonian Cultural Days, and looking back, we are filled with gratitude.
