✨ HAPPY OPENING ✨ to the cast of at The York Theatre Company! Each of these humans possesses a spirit wonderfully unique, but all with the through-line of something unlike any other performer I know: being a dancer.

It is too often is used pejoratively in our industry. They are often underpaid, overworked, and under-appreciated. They come into rooms to learn the audition material... IN FRONT OF EVERYONE ELSE... and then have to present it. The amount of strength, consistency, perseverance, grace it takes just to call yourself a dancer in this day and age is unparalleled. We are proud to stand beside them and celebrate everything it is they bring to this world. Happy, happy opening, dear friends. ✨💃🏾🕺🏽✨
