2025 was shaped by meaningful public art projects across Michigan, Texas, South Korea, Washington DC and Midtown Manhattan- each site bringing its own energy, collaborators and stories.
Alongside these installations, I’ve been deep in the studio developing a new body of paintings, setting the foundation for an exciting creative year ahead.
A highlight was my time this month in Seoul, a visit that left me inspired, energized and deeply moved by the city and its people.

Excited to share that Waves, an artwork I’ve been developing for over a year has been successfully installed at the Khan Pavilion university of Michigan AnnArbor. I am grateful to Lydia Lopoukhine the incredible curator of the collection the art committee and the talented team for their dedication and collaboration ! Waves creates a visual respit inspired by the rhythmic patterns of brain waves juxtaposed with the motion of water waves. This site specific installation embrace local environment inviting viewers to recognize familiar iconic elements that foster a sense of belonging and connection to the artwork. The thoughtful HOK design with its exceptional art collection feels like a museum healing place.

The beginning of of a public art installation is always an exhilarating moment, the culmination of a long process of creation. That first panel stands as the tangible confirmation that everything once planned and dreamed is finally becoming real.
