So stoked to OFFICIALLY announce my next comedy show, “Derek D & Friends Who are Funny TOO” presented by NJF WorldWide LLC.

Why “TOO”? Because this is the second installment after a very successful sold out show back in 2018! It will return to the House of Independents on Friday, August 21st, 2026!

Featuring the multimedia comedic stylings of me, your boy Derek D, and my funny af friends Ryan Maher, Lori Palminteri, and Mark Douglas (The Key of Awesome). Swipe right to learn more about the comedians.

In 2025…Here is 1.5 seconds each of my 115 on-camera auditions. Also had 163 voiceover auditions, 12 in person, and 11 straight to ZOOM auditions. 301 auditions in total. This number DOES NOT include callback auditions. Majority I did not get. This is the life of an actor…

2025 was literally a HELL of year, but I also learned a lot and my perspective on life has definitely changed in many ways. Here’s to 2026, the comeback…

(FYI the very first clip was on 1/1/25, the day before I had surgery to remove my kidney and cancerous “cantaloupe” sized tumor. You can tell in the earlier clips that I’m thinner and as time goes on I slowly gain my weight back.)

Starring Derek D and his multimedia style comedy, as well as 3 other hilarious comedians to be announced soon!
