started writing Growing Pains in 2021 and finally recorded it in 2025. When I was little I remember waking up sobbing because my knees were hurting so bad and I learned that was called, ‘growing pains.’ As I got older the definition of what growing pains are was changing. What started as physical turned emotional: heartbreaks, broken dreams, loss, etc. We all have them, from the beginning of life to death, because this is the first time living this life and we’re all learning as we go.
