Truth needs witnesses.

This moment from "The Hate U Give" reminds us that telling the truth is rarely a solo act. Speaking up takes support—people willing to stand close, listen fully, and stay.

“The time is always right to do what is right.”
— Martin Luther King Jr.

Dr. King understood that justice isn’t postponed—it’s practiced.

At HoneyVic, we use theatre as rehearsal for real life: a place to practice courage, accountability, and collective action so communities are ready when the moment calls. Today, we honor his legacy by continuing the work—together.

We’re still reflecting on the power of Angerpotchket — a production that laid bare the silence, struggle, and resilience within our communities. From the stage to every heart in the audience, this show sparked conversations about family, truth, and the cost of healing.

A huge thank-you to our incredible cast and creative team for their talent, heart, and courage in bringing this story to life. You made every moment unforgettable.

We’re thrilled to share a special photo montage — capturing behind-the-scenes moments, raw performances, and the spirit that made it all possible.
