Time for Latin American Cultural Week (LACW) in New York! Pan American Musical Art Research (PAMAR) celebrates 20 years of LACW today, November 15 @ 4 PM with El Comun, a grand opening concert by Eddy Marcano and Quartet of Latin Fusion: tango, bolero, cumbia and more at St. Mark's Church in the Bowery, 113 E. 10th St. in Manhattan.
