Prior to Pitch Control, Sergio worked at Warner Bros/Reprise Records in both New York and Los Angeles as a Director of Promotion and Marketing. He was responsible for a vast array of remixes commissioned and marketing campaigns during his 10 years at the company. Prior to Warner Bros, Sergio worked at MicMac Records, a New York independent dance label, and WQHT Radio (Hot 97)/ New York. Joe (joeB) Berinato gained his experience working for Billboard & The New Yorker Magazines and was a founding member of Flyer Magazine NYC, the city's very first pocket-sized Urban Culture Guide. joeB, as he's known, was also Hot Dance Club Play Chart Coordinator and Special Events Producer for Billboard's Dance Music Summit After Hours Showcases in Chicago. He was granted the honor of becoming a Grammy Judge while serving his tenure as Label Manager for legendary House Music label King Street Sounds / Nite Grooves Recordings / Street King Records. In the past twenty-five years he's also performed a wide variety of other Creative Management duties including Independent and Corporate Promotions / PR, Tour Management (Southport Weekender (UK), Cape Town Jazz Festival (South Africa), Sapporo Music Fesitval (Japan), SEEME Dance Music Conference (Bulgaria), WMC/MMW Miami, and more), Artist Services (Bookings & Management), and complete Record Label Services, including A&R/Remix Coordination, Artist signings / 360 Deals, full Marketing, PR & Promotion, Retail/Distribution Set Up, and Partnership Branding. Most recent clients and partners have included DJ Magazine USA, Dopewax Records, Crystal Water's IAH Records, dotdotdot records, Super Fresh Recordings, Subdivision, and Ultra Music.
