It's been a legal up hill for so long. We beat Vertex without a lawyer represented by ourselves with their first attempt of eviction..

Now there at it again serving papers during the Holidays. This is a land battle. It's not a tenant vs land lord dispute. We beat that case in housing. Now, we are back in Supreme Court. There are more evictions this year than the year that proceeded COVID. There aren't lawyers available for us and we must hire one. The retainers for this kind of case is between 10k to 15k. The initiative needs your Solidarity as we search and represent Pro Se until we get one. The liberated space is needed and expenses are high so we are hoping to secure the first $1k while searching for a Lawyer. We are not corporate or government funded.

All programs are still going and funds are limited please show Solidarity to folks on the ground doing the work 24/7. Bless up
