While I was out grocery shopping my landlord went into my apartment WITHOUT my permission and took these pictures. He said if I don’t clean up my apartment in the next 3 days that I’m going to be evicted. He claims that he entered under the guise of a “surprise inspection.” But what he doesn’t get is that if I knew he was coming I would have cleaned up and avoided this unjust eviction he’s threatening me with. Do I have any legal recourse or do I have to tidy up a bit in the next 3 days? I was supposed to go out of town this weekend and now I don’t know what to do.

To the delivery driver who dumped my $500 console at the wrong door and thought that was the end of it…

I’m staring at the photo and it’s literally Unit 301 with two giant signs saying “THIS IS NOT 302” and an arrow pointing next door, and you still stacked my packages right there like reading is optional. Not even close to my building. Not even the right unit. You dropped it, took the picture, and clocked out.

So yeah, I went looking. Found the box ripped open on that exact doormat, label scratched out like someone tried to be clever, contents gone. DoorDash hits me with “we’ll handle it internally,” like I’m supposed to clap for that while I’m out a console. That’s when I stopped playing nice. I tracked your car to the lot behind the complex and handled it myself, milk, fish, sealed up and tucked where the heat does the rest.

Now you’ve got a rolling problem you can’t ignore, just like I had a missing package I didn’t cause. You had one job and still managed to ignore two signs and a giant arrow. I matched the effort.
